What percentage of spoken words is a professional transcriber expected to reproduce ?

-

I have been practising general and legal transcription , however I found it almost impossible to get 100% of the words , either because of audio quality , uncommon proper names , slurred pronunciation etc
If I can get more than 95% of the words , only missing trivial words that are not essential to the whole meaning , does that mean I can get work as a transcriber ?
Are there OTHER criteria that are more important (like turnover speed) ?

Is it professional to show off the cleavage ?

-

Speaking of women in mid and upper-management positions, would you as a man or a woman find it offensive if a woman’s work attire / cleavage was distracting you while talking to and working with them. I personally don’t find it offensive or distracting, but I interpret that person probably has got twists in his or her character. Am I holding the right professional attitude here?

Not only is it distracting, it is utterly and entirely unprofessional. I too would have an unfavorable opinion about them.

How can I improve my Spoken English to a professional level, so that I can give good business presentations?

-

I am all right at Spoken English. But sometimes I get stuck, for the lack of appropriate words. Otherwise, when I converse with someone in my first language, I am quite impressive.
This problem has been a major hurdle in my career development. Please advise.

Take classes. It’s very difficult to improve your skills without a lot of practice. Practice makes perfect.
